“Healthy Xinyang Cuisine” has 5 chapters and 130,000 words, with 72 pictures. The compilation of the book started in October 2021 and was finalized in August 2024. It records in detail the Xinyang cuisine that originated in the Shang Dynasty, was relatively mature and basically finalized in the 1980s, and analyzed and discussed from all aspects and angles, such as the definition and characteristics of Xinyang cuisine, the reasons and sources of its formation, and the development process of its formation.
