Anhui Foreign Chamber of Commerce attracted 34 investment projects in the first half of the year

According to Anhui Daily, Anhui’s non-local chambers of commerce have taken advantage of their strengths to attract investment, attracting 34 investment projects in Anhui in the first half of the year with a total investment of 20.642 billion yuan.

It is understood that Anhui’s non-local chambers of commerce organized member companies to participate in the World Manufacturing Conference, the Huizhou Merchants Conference, the “Invest in Anhui” 2024 Theme Release Conference, and the Dahuangshan World-Class Leisure, Vacation and Health Tourism Destination Construction Promotion Conference and other conference activities to help companies efficiently connect with financial resources and organize the signing of bank-enterprise cooperation agreements. In the first half of the year, more than 500 million yuan of financing was implemented, of which 3 projects were successfully connected through the “Provincial Project Financing Docking Service Platform” of the Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission, with a financing amount of 106 million yuan.

In the promotion and docking, more than 30 training courses and seminars were held to publicize the economic and social development of our province, and the investment attraction policies and needs of various places. The Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce in Anhui Province and the Lu’an Municipal Government jointly held the “Meeting Ningbo in the Yangtze River Delta, Focusing on Hefei West” smart electric vehicle industry docking meeting, introducing a project with a total investment of about 5 billion yuan to settle in Lu’an; supporting member companies to invest 8 billion yuan and 2.4 billion yuan in Tongcheng and Fengtai respectively to build photovoltaic cell and photovoltaic module production bases.

In the process of attracting investment, the chambers of commerce also actively practiced social responsibilities, organized member companies to carry out public welfare activities such as volunteer services, disaster relief and social donations, and carried out more than 40 public welfare and charity activities, with donations of more than 5 million yuan in cash and materials, and a total donation of more than 85 million yuan.
