Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce will hold a special food promotion event

According to the Jingzhou Media Center, from April 10 to 13, the Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce will hold a promotion event for Jingzhou’s specialties on Hongxing Road, Shashi District.

At present, the stage construction work for the “Jingzhou Specialties Promotion Event” is coming to an end.

On the evening of April 10, the interactive show will be staged here. The Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce invited nearly 80 merchants to bring together traditional Jingzhou delicacies such as Jingsha soft-shelled turtle and fish cake, as well as high-quality ingredients such as the famous Honghu lotus root.

In addition to the food exhibition, the site will also carry out special dishes observation; set up a “bright kitchen”, and the master of Chu cuisine will live broadcast the cooking and invite the audience to taste.

During the food festival, citizens and tourists can check in and taste at eight check-in points on Hongxing Road, collect card collection coupons on site, take photos and collect stamps, and with four stamps, you can draw a limited blind box for free at the food promotion venue.

In addition to the main venue of Hongxing Road Food Street, Yangmatou Cultural and Creative Park, Dasai Lane, and Jing Street branch venues will also simultaneously carry out a series of activities such as promotion, publicity, and cultural performances. Hongxing Road Food Street Upgraded

In March this year, Hongxing Road officially started its renovation and upgrading. The scope starts from Changgang Road in the north and ends at Beijing Road in the south, with a total length of 1.16 kilometers; the road runs through Jiangjin East Road, involving road repairs, green plant replanting, light box lighting, landscape sketches, parking line markings and other comprehensive improvements.

Hongxing Road, where many old Jingzhou catering brands have taken root, has always carried the memories of a generation of Shashi people.

Hongxing Road (Beijing Road-Changgang Road Section) gathers 17 catering institutions. After nearly a month of renovation, the storefronts along the street have now achieved harmony with the overall streetscape.
